I have really been making quite a few crazy blocks lately.

 

 

These are beautifully accented with machine embroidery.

 

Notice the several different types of embroidery.

 

No two blocks are alike.

Making crazy blocks can be soothing.

No seams to match.

These blocks are done sorta in a log cabin - crazy style.

A beautiful row of embroidery accents each block.

This type block is fairly, I said fairly, easy to make.  However, matching the seams can be challenging. I doubt that I've made this type block that ended with ALL seams matching.

 

Such a cute and traditional pattern.

I enjoyed the pleasure of  hand applique on each of these blocks.

 

No two hearts are positioned alike.

Matching the outer border seams was the most difficult part to do.

Making this type of blocks can be VERY time-consuming. 

 Beautiful, but be ready to spend an entire day and more, on making only 12.
