                       These blocks can be laid-out in at least two different ways.

 Cracker Box ~ Quilt Top Blocks

Notice that the top two blocks have blue centers; and the bottom two blocks have white centers.

 

This is my ever attempt at making this type block.  Really easy.

No pattern was used to make these lovely blocks.

 

These blocks can be arranged in many different styles.

 

 

Each arrangement includes 16 blocks.

I love doing needle - turn applique.

 

I kept the backs fairly neat.

 

These blocks can be laid-out several different ways.

 

 You can add sashing and posts, and several borders, when putting them together to form a quilt top, or table runner, if desired. 

Half  Square Triangles - Quilt Top

Apprx. 61x61 inches.

 

Time consuming.  Time consuming.   Time consuming.

Making HST's could be thought of as a soothing encounter...

...however, that's not necessarily the case.

You've probably noticed that all of my seams aren't matched. HEADACHE #310!!!

The back seams.  I try to press each row in the same direction.

 

 

Oh well!!  Once quilted - it should really keep one warm.

I have made many a pinwheels; and love doing them.

It's a Sister's Choice.

Quilt Top Blocks

Ivory /Taupe Cabbage Roses, on a sage green background.

Lime Green, Pink White paisley blocks.

These are 12 x 12 inches.

 

The solid color is a beautiful purple.

 

It had been a few months since I'd made Sister's Choice blocks.

These turned out wonderful.

Fun with Pinwheels - Again !

 

These are 9 x9 inches, each.

 

Purple and White -though they might appear to be Blue and White.

 

Great for a Fall or Summer Leaves theme.

 

Loving the tonal here.

 

 Burnt Brown/Orange combination. Gorgeous.
