The centers were not fussy cut.

 

This is the second set, in this same color - scheme.

This is another FIRST.

 

I created the four-patch in the center, first; and then added the remaining linear sewn blocks.

 

For subsequent blocks, I have learned that it is easier to create TWO (4-patch) units, first

I enjoyed making these.

 

 

These were first hand-appliqued, and then top-stitched

 

The backs aren't messy at all.

 

The trees are embellished with buttons and red ribbons.

 

No two trees are alike.

Hand Embroidery - Embroidered

 FANTASY Floral  - UNIQUE Quilt Block

 I hand - embroidered this beautiful little gem, myself. 

 

This is my own unique design. I used my imagination and free-hand drew the flowers and the leaves, and then did the embroidery with good quality DMC embroidery floss.
